The caravan is situated at
the top of the path leading
to the Pembrokeshire Coast
Path (100 metres away), the
beautiful, safe beach (200
metres away), the
shop/reception, office,
launderette (800 metres
away) and the
entertainment/indoor
swimming pool complex (1000
metres away).
The large deck and living
room enjoy one of the best
views over Lydstep Bay and
the Headland.
The caravan is available to
let from 1st March to 7th
January annually, at
competitive rates including
free gas and electricity.
The caravan is fully
centrally heated and double
glazed for off-season
comfort making it ideal for
spring and autumn breaks.
The caravan is priced based
on 2 bedroom occupancy (for
up to 4 people) or 3 bedroom
occupancy (for up to 6
people); a further discount
will be made for two person
occupancy or for multiple
week bookings.
Sleeping a maximum of six
people, the caravan
comprises: -
•One double bedroom with
Silent Night divan bed, 32"
LCD TV flat screen digital
Samsung receiving most
Freeview channels available
and en-suite WC/shower room
with extractor fan;
•Two twin/double bedrooms
with storage;
•Duvets and pillows are
provided but please bring
sheets, duvet covers, pillow
cases, towels and tea towels
as these are not included;
•Bathroom with basin, low
level suite and bath with
extractor fan;
•Lounge and dining room with
leather corner suite, TV,
Video/DVD player, Hi-fi,
dining table with six
chairs. The room benefits
from an electric, simulated
coal fire and two patio
doors leading to the front
and side decks.
•Fully fitted kitchen with
washer dryer,
fridge/freezer, microwave
and full size gas cooker
with extractor fan. The
kitchen is well stocked with
a full inventory of kitchen
utensils, crockery and
cutlery.

It is with regret that dogs
cannot be accommodated.
The caravan is personally
looked after by
Chris who are on hand on the
site to see that the van is
kept to a high standard, and
to respond quickly should
you experience a difficulty
during your holiday.
