Situated just inside the front door is a small breakfast bar with two large stools, the boiler is enclosed with two controls one water, the other central heating.

The caravan is fitted with one double and two twin bedrooms. It has a shower room, washbasin and toilet. The second toilet has a small hand basin within. There is a beautiful fitted kitchen, with a full size gas oven and hob, a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.

The lounge has ample comfortable seating all round, a gas fire, LCD. television with free view, and DVD player. There is also a dining table with bench seating and one small stool.

The caravan is equipped with double and single duvets with pillows. The hirer will be required to supply their own covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towels for their family requirements.

Outside the caravan, there is a patio area with a picnic bench for outside eating. A large decking area has been erected at the side and front of the caravan that gives an excellent position to follow the summer sun.

No pets are allowed and there is a No Smoking policy at all times.

Please note that the caravan must be vacated by 10am on the departure day.

It would be very much appreciated that the caravan is treated with care, and left in the same condition as when your holiday started.
