This beautiful caravan has many extras to make your holiday extra special, including double glazing, central heating, decked veranda, paved patio area with table and benches for use of guests, and near to parking area.

The beautiful lounge is modern and airy, and has an L shaped seating area, armchair, coffee table, TV unit with 26" flat screen TV with Freeview box and DVD player, modern electric coal effect fire, with French doors leading to decked veranda. There is also a large selection of DVDs to choose from, and a midi hi fi system, as well as a selection of board games for the family.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, containing gas cooker with extractor, microwave, full size fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and all kitchen utensils are included.

From the kitchen there is a carpeted dining area with a table and 6 chairs, as well as a large display cupboard.

From the kitchen and dining area there is a spacious hallway which leads to the following rooms:

A modern master bedroom having a double bed with storage under, bedside storage units with glass shelving above to each side of the bed, lighting in the wood behind the bed give this room a cosy and romantic feel. There is also a double wardrobe and another storage cupboard, and a mirror.

There are two other good sized bedrooms having two single beds in each, with built in wardrobes, bedside units and overbed storage. The two beds in each room can easily be pushed together to make a double.

The well equipped bathroom has a spacious modern shower cubicle, bathroom storage unit housing the sink with large mirror above and flush toilet.

All rooms have a radiator.

The exterior of the caravan has a decked veranda with steps down, and the main entrance door to the caravan also has decked steps. To the front of the caravan there is a paved patio area with a wooden table and benches, there is also a small shed which holds beach toys, table umbrella and BBQ items.

There are a lot of games, beach equipment, wind breaker etc for use of guests to make your stay more enjoyable.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen as well as towels and tea towels. Gas and electricity is included in the price.

You can occupy the caravan any time from 2pm on day of arrival and must vacate by 10am on your departure day, this will enable the cleaner to get in before our next guests arrive.

Please note the park rules state that we are only allowed to hire our caravan to families and mature couples. Sorry no smoking or pets allowed.

Entertainment passes can be purchased from reception.
