Private parking is available next to the caravan, there is a disabled access veranda with gate and large patio area with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation.26 Blackrock Park Kiln Park Holiday Park Haven Holidays Tenby South Wales

The lounge has free standing furniture 1 sofa a 2 reclining chairs, a TV , DVD and CD player which has music piped into all the rooms in the caravan.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size combined fridge/freezer, microwave, full sized oven and hob, washing machine and pull out ironing board. All cookware is available along with utensils. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs.
The master bedroom is spacious with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. It has an ensuite toilet and hand basin.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table.

Pillows and duvets are provided for both bedrooms, YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOU OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.
The bathroom has a power shower with seat, hand basin and toilet.

NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED

Kiln Park has many amenities which include onsite laundrette, supermarket, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, there is day and evening entertainment for all in the FunWorks and passes can be purchased from reception on arrival.

Nearby attractions include Folly Farm, Heatherton, Oakwood Park and much, much more.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CARAVAN LET

1.A provisional booking made over the phone will be held for a period of two weeks, before which time the deposit and booking form needs to be returned.

2.A deposit of £50.00 per week is required to secure the booking. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.. In the event of myself having to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond my control I will return your deposit immediately

3.All outstanding balances must be paid 35 days (5 weeks) prior to commencement of your holiday.

4.A £50.00 security deposit is required also at the time the outstanding balances are paid. Any damages or breakage’s suffered during the period of your holiday will be deducted from this deposit. Should the caravan be handed over after your holiday in a dirty or an unacceptable condition, a cleaning charge of £25.00 will be made. The security deposit or balance of deposit will be returned when the keys are collected at the end of your holiday.

5.The caravan will be available on the time and day shown on your confirmation sheet and must be vacated by the time, which is also shown.

6.The caravan is 6 berth and at no time must be exceeded for insurance purposes.

7.Only the person named on the booking form must occupy the caravan at all times, if exceed all persons will be asked to leave, with no refund.

8.The hirer of the caravan must be 21 or older, and must be present during the occupancy of the caravan.

9.The caravan is only available to rent for families and mature couples.

10.PETS are not allowed in the caravan at any time.

11.The caravan is NON SMOKING.

12.The maximum hire period allowed is 28 days.

13. The area surrounding your hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

14. Clothes are to be dried on the airer provided and at no time are they to be dried over heaters and clotheslines are not to be erected.

15.Tents can only be erected on the designated tenting fields. They are not allowed between caravans.

16.The park speed limits must be observed at all times.

17.No motorcycles area allowed on the park without the express written permission of the park manager.

18.In the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or damage to any other user of the facilities, the park management reserves the right to remove any offenders from the park without redress.

19.All persons using the entertainment complex must honour the club rules. Membership is discretionary and may be withdrawn at any time by the park management.

20.Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the large green bins provided around the park.

21.Noise is to be kept to an absolute minimum late at night.

22.Ball games are to be played is designated areas and not between caravans.
