Newquay Beaches and town centre 1.5 miles. The facilities at the park are pitch and putt, 3 outdoor heated pools with 200 foot slide. Entertainment with cabaret and dancing and children's program, cafe, shop and launderette. 2 easy chars and sofa. Coffee table, large flat screen TV VCR and Sky TV with Sky Sports. Radio and CD dining room table and 4 chairs.

 Please note that the caravan is let on a strictly non-smoking basis and we regret that pets are not permitted.

Also we are unable to accept booking form single sex parties or groups under 21 years of age this is to comply with park rules.

Gas and Electric are included in the price.

Modern fully equipped kitchen with full size gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, large double fridge and freezer, iron and built in iron board.

Duvets and pillows are provided for each bed (one double and two singles) so you will only need to bring with you your bed linen I.e. flat sheets duvet covers and four pillow cases for the double bed and two for each single bed. Towels and tea towels should also be brought.

Booking requires a £100.00 non refundable deposit which should be received within 14 days to confirm your booking - If not received the dates will be rebooked. Deposit and balance must be made by cheque and made payable to Mr. E Barnes, the balance must be paid at least 5 weeks before the holiday start date. Once deposit and balance payments have been received theses are not refundable. Vacate on the day of departure by 10.00am
