We would like you to experience this site as our guests and I promise, you wont be disappointed.
A wide bodied caravan with 3 bedrooms. 1 with double bed 2 with twin beds. Plus enough room for two in the lounge seating area.
Fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, microwave, 4-slice toaster, sandwich maker, fridge in fact every extra you could possibly want.
22" LCD TV with DVD and freeview and quality sound system. Games for the kids, DVDs to watch and books to read. These extras are provided for your entertainment and free of charge (Please do not remove as they are there for all to enjoy).
Bathroom with shower and separate toilet (isn’t it annoying when someone want to use the toilet when your having a shower).

Gas Fire in lounge and heaters in all bedrooms and bathroom.

Quality duvets and pillows supplied, not the normal hire van types. Bring your own linen, or for a nominal extra cost we will ensure that your beds are made up for your arrival. Big reductions off Haven prices if you rent privately from us.
No smoking inside the caravan and no pets allowed.

Please clean caravan after use, this enables us to give the big discounts!

The £50 non-refundable deposit secures the week. Balance payable 8 weeks before holiday start. There is also a £50 bond payable that is returned within 2 weeks of your holiday subject to the caravan being left as found.

The site has its own private beach that can be seen from our caravan.

Littlesea is a 5 Star site and is very well maintained. It has superb heated indoor pool and new for 2010 is a fully heated outdoor pool. Fully equipped outdoor play area for kids. Large entertainment venue and bar with extensive programme running for children and adults alike. Well-stocked shop. Takeaway and great restaurant that caters for every taste, all at a reasonable price. Check out the Sunday Roast! Launderette.
